Andi Glassmyer the Service Manager was extremely helpful in trying to have the issues I was having with my 2020 330ix resolved. All were except the radio. I received a text from Dan Goldman on February 18 to be sure I was satisfied. I responded on February 19 about the radio and have not heard back. I am disappointed at the lack of response. Why reach out if you have no intention of responding? I find him to be reactive as opposed to proactive. It takes more than one call for a return call. I'm constantly told how important customer service is to BMW. With the exception of Andi Glassmyer and my sales person Ryan Gordon I do not find this to be the case. I have not called the dealership back since I picked the car up from the service appointment. Who the service advisor is would determine whether or not I would refer this service center. More
