Winter/Summer Tire Change The tire pressure was not set correctly (to factory recommendations) AND the Tire Pressure Warning system was not reset causing me to get a TIRE DEFEC The tire pressure was not set correctly (to factory recommendations) AND the Tire Pressure Warning system was not reset causing me to get a TIRE DEFECT warning shortly after leaving the dealership. I had to re-inflate the tires (correctly) and reset the warning system. Not a big deal, but after paying nearly $100 to have this done, it is disappointing. This is NOT the kind of service that I am used to receiving. I have been a long-time Thompson customer (since 1988) and have purchased 10 vehicles and have noticed a marked change in the quality of the service. Let's hope that this trend is short lived. More

I was as usual greeted with courtesy and respect. This was my 3rd tire disaster in 6 months. I waited this time, (in the past I have been given a loaner. I was pleased to find out that my tire was on war was my 3rd tire disaster in 6 months. I waited this time, (in the past I have been given a loaner. I was pleased to find out that my tire was on warranty still. That bit of news-MADE MY DAY!!! I will never take my car elsewhere, courtesy, explaining what was needed. No frills. No frills. I recently had my car serviced and inspected at Thompson. The staff is always courteous and respectful. I waited for my car in the customer lounge which was very comfortable. I was the only person there due to the social distancing going on at this time. The dealership seems to be adhering to the precautions due to the coronavirus pandemic. More
I have a 2000 323ci which I’m the original owner. A valet driver said it drove better than the $110,000 M6 he recently drove. I love the color an orangey red and the way it drives and looks. I took it in to Thompson BMW, Doylestown PA, told me the whole interior had to be replaced. That would have forced me to buy a new car. I took it to my local convertible top business, who in 5 minutes discovered that one of the drains beneath the top had to be blown out and they couldn’t do that. He recommended I take it to the dealer. The dealer was eventually able to blow out the drain and save my car. I love BMWs, but hate Thompson’s service department. More
I brought my car in for a specific issue but my service tech went above and beyond. He checked my cars service history and found there were a few maintenance items that they would take care of as well at n tech went above and beyond. Then, the loaner valet approached me to let me know that he didn’t think the car he pulled for me was going to be big enough for me and my car seats so he proceeded to run out in the rain to bring me a bigger SUV. I appreciate all of this because everyone at Thompson was proactive and you don’t receive this level of service very often these days! More
