Put money down on a new car in January for a new Highlander. My last 3 cars were 2 highlanders & a Lexus within the last 6 years or so. (All from Thompson) After this experience I will never return Highlander. My last 3 cars were 2 highlanders & a Lexus within the last 6 years or so. (All from Thompson) After this experience I will never return to Thompson. I have already contacted Fred Beans & Conecelli Toyota dealers & I know I will be purchasing a car from one of them. The customer service is outstanding. I visited the BMW deadweight closet to me home and no one even addressed me. At Thompson, I was immediately greeted by service people. Technicians in service department have zero respect for people’s cars. I have had damage done to my vehicle on two separate occasions. Last time was two weeks ago when they manage to blow out a tire on m people’s cars. I have had damage done to my vehicle on two separate occasions. Last time was two weeks ago when they manage to blow out a tire on my car by hitting the lift. I was never told until they accidentally billed me for the new tire. There was also minor damage to that wheel which is less than a year old and had been in perfect condition prior to this visit. Also noticed some damage to the front bumper. Will be using West German going forward for service. More
Quick, easy and amazing service. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They came out and towed my car in late on a Friday night when they could have easily just told me to wait until the next day, and then anywhere else.
