Condescending advisor Went in for oil change and tire swap. Service advisor came out and tried to sell me a new tire, even though the old tires we at 7/32, so adding 1 bra Went in for oil change and tire swap. Service advisor came out and tried to sell me a new tire, even though the old tires we at 7/32, so adding 1 brand new tire is not recommended by BMW. When I said "no that's alright, I'll take care of it" he was extremely condescending in front of everyone in the waiting area, "are you sure you know what you're doing" ect... Not to mention on the tires they did put on and balance they wrote with wax crayon on the inside of the rims and didn't remove the adhesive from the old wheel weights, great service for over $40.00 a tire. More

I thought I was the best but I have found someone better. Gwen is the most perfect customer manager. Some repairs are expensive but she always works with the client to develop a plan. Some repairs are immediate while others can wait. I always understand the repairs and the options. My cars always look and feel better leaving Thompson than when entering. I can not imagine ever going to another dealership. More
