Very fair problem resolution Something went wrong with the computer system that controls many of the features in our 2014 335i. We had the same problem two years ago when the veh Something went wrong with the computer system that controls many of the features in our 2014 335i. We had the same problem two years ago when the vehicle was still under warranty. The fix at that time was a software reload. This time they determined that a new head unit was needed, an expensive proposition. I mentioned that we should split the cost of repair because the initial problem occurred while the BMW was still under warranty. Thompson investigated, agreed and worked out a resolution with BMW. We ended up paying a fraction of the total cost. I am very appreciative that Thompson and BMW took the high road in problem resolution. More
