Bad administration/ front end While I’m sure the mechanics are competent my son and I have had issues with scheduling and notification. My son brought his car in for a diagnostic a While I’m sure the mechanics are competent my son and I have had issues with scheduling and notification. My son brought his car in for a diagnostic and had an agreement that they would call to let him know the results of the diagnostic. At which point he would either just pay for the diagnostic or authorize repairs. He never got a call. Instead I got a call that the car was ready and was told it was $290. When we picked up the car they said that they spoke with “Andy” (clearly another customer) who authorized the service. The repairs that my son was charged for were the same ones he made a few months prior. And when he went to leave the check engine light was on, so he had to leave it for them to figure out what was wrong. In summary he paid for unauthorized and possibly unnecessary service. For my last appointment I got an email reminder for the wrong day, and when I called to confirm they could see me on the date I had scheduled the mechanic stated that they could not do all of the services I wanted on that day. So now I have to return a second time. So both my son and I are unhappy with your service. More
