Worthless Warranty & Sloppy Lease Return At the end of my lease the power steering on my 3 series failed so the car had to be towed in. The service advisor told me a power cable had been dam At the end of my lease the power steering on my 3 series failed so the car had to be towed in. The service advisor told me a power cable had been damaged and could not provide an explanation as to how that could happen so I paid $350 to fix my fully warrantied lease. Then Thompson BMW never told BMW's lease department that I had returned the car so 3 weeks later I start getting notices from BMW saying I need to return the car or else I'll be charged an additional month. Turns out it was there sitting on their lot the whole time. Since then this lease return process has been an absolute nightmare and I'm still dealing with almost 4 months returning my car. I should have just gone back to Flemington where I got the car originally. I don't know why its asking me to select a sales person because this was a service issue not sales. More
I've been using this dealership for probably the last 20 years. Used to be very impressive. But something has definitely changed. The last time I had my car in there for service they charged me a lot of years. Used to be very impressive. But something has definitely changed. The last time I had my car in there for service they charged me a lot of money to replace one bolt. I took my car to a local mechanic a few days later for the same problem and he said to drive this car is extremely dangerous. The rear differential needed to be either replaced or rebuilt immediately. So instead of fixing my problem, Thompson BMW charged me hundreds of dollars and on top of that damaged my car while they were trying to bring it into the garage. Then they told me that they couldn't fix the damage right away because the body shop was closed due to the coronavirus. I called The body shop 2 months later and they told me that they have been there every day and that they never closed. so I'm still waiting for the damage that was done by the dealership to be fixed. Right before all this I had body work done at their collision center, from an accident, which was done incomplete. So now I have more problems than I had originally and my car is still damaged, front and back. I cannot recommend Thompson BMW any longer. A shame More

Recently I came in with my wife’s 2018 X5 for state inspection Dan got me in and out on a Monday morning with no problem. I was completely surprised because I had planned on walking around and looking inspection Dan got me in and out on a Monday morning with no problem. I was completely surprised because I had planned on walking around and looking at the new cars since everything was closed because of COVID-19. But the excellent work by the service department didn’t give me enough time to speak with someone in sales. So when I told my wife what happened she was very happy with Dan’s prompt attention to her X5. I do plan on coming back real soon . We are certainly apart of the Thompson family. More
