Called the dealership and spoke with Tom who "put hands on the car" to make sure it was still on the lot, took a down payment to hold it, and told me Jason L. would be calling the next day to make arrangements. Jason called a few minutes later. Worked with them to set up the transaction over the next few days - very professional. Picked up the car, everything was ready, took only a few minutes. My BMW Service Advisor, Jared, was very helpful and gave me the full list of maintenance items that my BMW needed. I chose to hold off on a couple of items that weren't in need of attention right away. He was very friendly and courteous. I was able to use the waiting area to sit comfortably while utilizing their free WiFi, coffee, and fresh baked cookies! Excellent experience and I'll be having all of my future service work performed by BMW of Des Moines. More
