Ira Booker promptly greeted us and found some examples based on our color choices. He accompanied us on an informative test drive where he explained the nuances and features of BMW. Ira tracked down a 335i xDrive that met our requirements. His efforts were hampered by the fact that many of the vehicles had been moved from their assigned parking spots due to recent snow removal operations. The purchase process went smoothly and efficiently. The only glitch was the fact that the battery in our vehicle was faulty since the vehicle had been on the lot for some time which necessitated a service appointment to replace the battery. Since that battery replacment the vehicle has been flawless. Overall a pleasant experience. Ira had good knowledge of BMW products. More
