He is professional, has a great demeanor and went above and beyond in making the entire experience absolutely perfect. There was no pressure from Ira and I feel like he really listened to what we were looking for rather than just trying to sell us what he wanted us to buy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles (we went in thinking we were going to buy a new 2 series convertible) and Ira really helped us in making the final decision. This was hands down the most positive experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle and a lot of that was Ira. The next time we buy a car, it will be with Ira and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. The service team was also great in answering questions on the car and scheduling the various protective coating we purchased for the interior and exterior of the car to keep it looking new. Excellent to Deal With - Recommend to All! I live in Los Angeles, but I found the car I wanted at BMW of Des Moines. The transaction could not have gone any smoother and at the end of the day, I live in Los Angeles, but I found the car I wanted at BMW of Des Moines. The transaction could not have gone any smoother and at the end of the day, I saved money by purchasing the car in Des Moines and having it shipped to LA (the LA dealers are outrageous to deal with - often times marking up the MSRP just because). I should add that the car arrived 2 days early in perfect shape!! Jim Whitaker was excellent to deal with. Nice guy, honest and fair. He went out of his way to tell me that I could save an addition $500 by going online and filing out a form with USAA because I had USAA insurance. He didn't have to do that. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone, even if you do not live in Des Moines. More
