This gentleman took the time to get to know my family, and really listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for. The process went very smoothly and each time I come to the dealership, Ira greets me with a hug! From not knowing a person, to having that sort of relationship, I would recommend Ira and BMW of Des Moines to anyone! Solomon, in the finance department, took the time to explain our options and really wanted to make our experience a great one!
