Great buying experience! Love my little Porsche! I wasn't in the market for a cute little Porsche convertible, however as I drove by there it was! Calling my name. Had my teenage son with me and we d I wasn't in the market for a cute little Porsche convertible, however as I drove by there it was! Calling my name. Had my teenage son with me and we didn't even test drive it, but an hour later we were back, driving on a sunny but chilly fall day. It wasn't an expensive car but Ira Booker treated me like I was spending a million bucks. It was so late in the day the dealership was closing but the entire staff stayed to make sure all the paperwork was done so that we could drive away that night with the "new" to us car. While the car was 20 years old it came with a warranty and is currently in the BMW shop getting a few things fixed. No questions asked Mark Mears (service dept) just said "bring it back in and we will take care of it". While it will be a few months before it is convertible weather again, I will be ready when it is here! Couldn't be more happy with my decision to purchase this vehicle through the BMW dealer as it gives me a sense of relief to know they also have a great service center in case there are any issues. More

Great overall experience! Kiera (sp) helped set up my appointment to have a new key fob programmed. While I was waiting, she kept me informed of where my vehicle was in the process. Then she had a customer arrive the was somewhat of a "high maintenance" customer in my eyes. She handled him with grace and tried to get the answers to many different and changing questions answered. At one point she just brought my keys over to me and said that she would process the paperwork when she got done as it was covered by my extended warranty. She did a quick review of what else was needing service as well as thanked me for my understanding. Being in the service industry myself, I could see and understand her situation. More
