Ok, now we can move on to just how helpful and pleasant Mariah (the Genius) was. She knew my BMW; she knew me. Mariah understood everything. She made me feel like my decision to purchase a $110,000 car (with 575hp) wasn't reckless or fatuous; she made me feel like I got a bargain! After being so throughly informed about all the modern and beautiful features of my X6M I felt even more solid in my decision to purchase it. Further, I enjoy the (Ultimate Driving) experience of the vehicle that much more thanks to her erudition and willingness to share that knowledge with me. Lastly, she is one of the most winsome, frankly, one of the most stunningly attractive women I've ever met. This, folks, never diminishes an experience. I congratulate Murray BMW for their decision to hire such a lovely, educated and talented person. Thanks and good luck! Lyndon More

Poor Service Department. Turn away if service advisor is Javier run even faster, this place must be young kids that like to joy ride in everyone M series...The worse BMW servi Turn away if service advisor is Javier run even faster, this place must be young kids that like to joy ride in everyone M series...The worse BMW service department I have ever dealt with went in to get a new battery and a new key with a fob which cost me $600 for the new key and fob which the old one worked just didn't have a second for the spouse. What do you know they had lost or thrown away the old fob "so they say" and was never able to get a second one. While they replaced the old one they never reprogrammed the comfort package and other things my old fob did but they wanted to charge me extra for it which they charged me already for the programming 3 hours worth for what if they didn't do anything. Second they have garages which they normally used to leave the service cars under which mine I guess they were wanting to drive around or didn't want to walk sense it was a newer M5... Guess what Hail damage that I had to deal with not them this service advisor Javier is a joke never called me back to resolve any issues maybe good with the beginner BMW's but definitely not good with any M's probably a bunch of you kids that want to joy ride in everyone's cars.... 4 months later my car wasn't done and the GM Bryan stole my Update... in March I brought my car in for a corporate rep to look at after being told it was a lemon, that I had purchased from Schomp. It's now July Update... in March I brought my car in for a corporate rep to look at after being told it was a lemon, that I had purchased from Schomp. It's now July and my car was lost, then they tried to get me to file a claim for insurance for a tire and alignment, all related to the ongoing problems. They refused to provide me with a loaner as they had stated that one was ready. They said it had to be fixed at Bodyworks, which was off site so they couldn't approve a loaner. 6 weeks later my car was never towed. I was paying , you car payments, still am currently for a car that was never fixed, which they demanded I fixed prior to the rep coming to see the 4 pages of problems my 2013 328xi had. I agreed to pay out of pocket as they were trying to bill my insurance for multiple items, not just the alignment and tires. So Barbara in Service said they needed an authorization in writing which I provided. Then it continued to sit there and not go to the body shop. Bryan the GM, terrible customer service where I have proof via emails. Told me after 8 weeks or so that he refused to fix my car after I said I had contacted an attorney. I gave him the location of body works to tow it to, or my address via email. He did neither and let my car sit at an old address of mine, unlocked with keys inside and a neighbor of mine had called me to tell me my broken down car was at my old plave, unlocked. I arranged a tow to Bodyworks, where I had no idea they had any affiliation, otherwise why couldn't they tow my car there? So Bryan Hughes was told that my car was there after I let corporate and him aware of his purposely towing it to an address I made sure he knew that I didn't live at. I assumed my car was being fixed but Bryan had it towed to "the address that it was towed in from." I went there, took pics and it was no where to be found. I begged for a location and he blocked me, then said if I contacted him again he'd file harassment. That's laughable since they are responsible for my car until it's returned to me, yet 4 months later, I got a call from Denver PD that my car was involved in a "domestic" and is all smashed up with broken windows etc. Now this person was finally arrested a few days ago for my vehicle being stolen. It was hidden and taken fro, Bryan, the GM, and who knows if he sold it to this person or left it for them to take, but my keys and belongings are gone, and I still a, making payments on a car that his negligence caused this mess that could have been prevented. Luckily, I got everything I'm writing the entire time. So now I have an attorney and an audi, which had amazing customer service. It was well over a new car payment instead of renting at $50 a day, plus my $600 car payments. Anyway, STAY AWAY! I'm happy to post his emails that are absolutely a display of anger and unprofessionalism. More
Brought in a m6 for an oil change,see why engine light is on.Install 2010 headlamp assemblys I bought from parts department. Service advisor recommends brake fluid change. the headlamp assembly they said would fit don't fit they charged me 10 percent restocking fee. change the brake fluid, brake peddle is so spongy, after having the car for 3 weeks I go to pick the car up in its filthy.Please explore other options before doing bussiness with Murry Bmw. They are starving for leadership.The consumer always loses.It really is not worth the aggravation. I was brought up in the automotive business, and I can tell you there's no pride at this dealership, it shows in so many different levels. More

I’m always very nervous about taking my car in for service or repairs because I’m never sure if I’m working with an honest establishment or not. It’s always a gamble if you are getting good service. My car was experiencing some alignment problems and I stopped by your dealership. Mr. J. Scott and Mr. B. Lindauer were so very helpful. Mr. Lindauer and the assistant Service Manager helped ease my nerves and assured me that I was receiving the best possible service. He was very helpful and explained every repair he was going to make and the reasoning behind it. By the time I left your facility, I was confident I would return in the future. The best part is, the assistant Service Manager dropped off his vehicle (for my use) at my house and picked up vehicle which, he drove to the dealership to ensure proper service/repairs on my vehicle were done and returned to me same next day. Now that’s service! Super job! Murray BMW is very lucky to have dedicated professionals like this at your dealership. Further, this vehicle was purchased at a competing BMW Dealership where the cliché is “WE SELL MORE CARS THAN ANY BMW DEALERSHIP” well, that may be so however, they don’t have a clue regarding customer service! Just one of many issues: Their chief mechanic told me that my cay had no alignment issues as he drove it so, it did not need an alignment check. Feeling warm all over, Not believing what I've done. "Destiny" is mine. Brandt made sure of that! "Destiny" is mine. The feeling is sublime. So here's to the guys at Murrays; Who helped me as a team: Brandt, Jason, Jared, Melissa, and Raul. Who says car guys really aren't so cool? Yes they helped me as a team, with only one purpose-my dream: to make "Destiny" my queen. So thanks to all, I'm having a ball. At the wheel I almost squeal. I just can't believe how young I feel. So for this "fountain of youth" and just plain fun I am grateful and happy and far from done. I'm pinching myself and laughing with glee' Enjoying my "destiny", lucky just to be. Billy made me feel welcome at Murray and thoroughly explains service isses as well as provides maintenance tips that always seem to work. :-) He is sharp, energetic, positive, and genuinely cares about the customer which goes far in my book!
