New Car, Continued Great Service I just leased my 4 BMW from Murray. As usual it has been a fabulous experience from start to finish. Friday I had my encore appointment with BRITTANY. She patiently walked me through all the very cool features of my 320, even repeating them when I asked. She was patient, knowledgeable and the experience was excellent. Car Alarm went crazy My car Alarm kept going off even when the car was unlocked and not set, Si I brought it in and they put it on the computer for a reading and a series My car Alarm kept going off even when the car was unlocked and not set, Si I brought it in and they put it on the computer for a reading and a series of issues arose Melissa the Service Adviser said that they needed to Keep my car for further Evaluation and she put me in to a 2017 X 3 with about 60 miles on it. She kept me in the loop that they were gonna change out the Brain to the alarm and they had to order the part and even after it was installed they would run it through tests to see if there were any other issues. By the end of the week it was all done NO issues everything under warranty, Best treatment by far then any other service department in Denver. More

Put in a phone call to the GM to tell him about my experiences but he never returned the call. Will be the last time I go to Murray. Not the same place since being purchased by Sonic Automotive. More

After all the discussion about the car and the number crunching, came the fun part with a genius about a women really wants to know about the car. Donna was great at explaining what all the buttons did and she knows you will not remember everything so she gives you her number and says you call me any time, just to say how do you set the radio station. She is great, casual and makes you feel like you have been buds forever. Thanks everyone at Murray! More

While this was my second X3 and I am fairly technically savvy, I found that there were so many options available on this vehicle that I needed guidance to take full advantage of all the car has to offer. My one hour appointment with Mariah set me on the perfect path to make sure that I could do just that. It was definitely worth it - my only regret was waiting so long to schedule the appointment! When I returned to Bavaria, I recognized the technology of these fine machines had surpassed my intuition. Thankfully, there is the BMW Genius Appointment. Mariah Hittle walked me through the gross and fine operations of my 535iX while not making me feel inferior to her clearly superior knowledge- base. She had an answer or knew where to find the answer to every query. I appreciated her thoroughness, wit and mentoring. My experience with Murray Motors in Denver has been superb and Mariah is a fabulous representative of the organization. I can't wait for my follow up visit- a true example of service beyond the sale. More
