Billy is great to work with and the service at Murray is great. Everything is always done when promised. Murray Motors is an excellent dealership. They are honest, reputable, and always helpful. My experience with Murray BMW of Denver and Ben Uher was fantastic. I'm not the type of buyer who wants to spend a lot of time at the dealership test driving and sitting inside the car and getting to know i fantastic. I'm not the type of buyer who wants to spend a lot of time at the dealership test driving and sitting inside the car and getting to know it's "feel". We've bought a number of cars from less customer oriented dealerships and have spent hours upon hours waiting for sales to pull numbers, finance managers to prep paperwork, service and lot guys to clean the new vehicles...those dealerships haven't come close to the level of service at Murray BMW and won't be getting my family's business again. My vehicle buying process consists of conducting research, selecting a car and then contacting a dealership to discuss pricing and offers. Working with Ben gave me the freedom and confidence to know that I was getting what I wanted before I ever stepped foot inside the dealership. Ben knows that buyers don't want to spend half a day in a dealership. He listened to what I wanted and had 3 cars lined up for me to drive when I arrived. Every one of them fit with the description of the vehicle I was seeking. The buying process was seamless, the Finance Manager stayed late that evening, had all paperwork ready for me when I got to his office, and simply needed a few quick signatures. Ben even offered to pick it up and drop it off a few days later with the full detail so that I could drive out the door in my new BMW that evening. We'll be Murray customers from now on and refer all of our friends to Ben. More

I have used Murray Motors as my BMW service center since moving to Colorado in 2005. For most of that time Billy Lindauer has been my primary service advisor and I have been extremely satisfied with the cus moving to Colorado in 2005. Billy makes scheduling service appointmetns easy and he always arranges a BMW loaner for me. If I don't reach him when I call, he returns my calls promptly. He takes a personal interest in his customers, getting to know them and their vehicles, which enables him to give appropriate guidance to the techs to enable repairs to be completed more efficiently. I also purchased the X5 I am currently driving from Murray and that was a good experience too. More
