I love BMWs for the way they drive and because of Billy, for the way they get serviced. Although I live closer to another BMW dealer, I choose to take my cars to Murray because of Billy. He is very knowledgeable, customer focused, friendly and trustworthy which makes for a great experience at the service area! Billy works closely with his team members and I'm impressed how things get done, right the first time. Dave Tooley is a great Service Foreman who always takes the time to come greet and answer my questions. They both make an excellent team at Murray. After going to a handful of other car dealerships, my husband and I decided to visit Murray Motors. We were immediately impressed with the service Amos provided. After very little negotiating, we felt we received a fair offer on our trade-in, allowing us to stay within our desired price point. Once the car was detailed, we noticed the tire pressure light was on and Amos told us that the light should turn off after a few miles of driving and if it didn't, we were instructed to bring the car back. Unfortunately, the light didn't go off and our new car had to be sent out to another dealership to be fixed. Both Amos and Murray Motors were quick to schedule the maintenance and offer a loaner car as to not disrupt my day. They estimated two days for the repair, when actually it only took about two hours. I was elated to finally start driving my new (used) car! More

He's prompt, efficient, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and rolls out the red carpet treatment every time I pull up--gotta my X5 service needs. I appreciated their responsiveness in getting information we requested, weather it was on features of the car, pricing or payment schedule. I have an incredibly busy travel/work schedule with weekly travel in and out of country. The Murry team was patient through my decision process and more importantly, incredibly helpful in packaging up all documents and making the buying process easy and more importantly for me, efficient! This is highly competent group and other deals should take note of their process and efficiency. I would absolutely buy from Murry again. (I have purchased a Mercedes from Murry and most recently a BMW 535i M Sport. I have recommended friends to Murry- who have also purchased from them) I certainly will purchase my next car from this team. More

On top of all this Brian was very prompt and went even beyond and did a major inspection on the vehicle and warned me about other things I need. The communication was excellent, I was told about my options and nothing got done before my approval.
