I purchased my 2006 BMW X5 from Murray Motors new and enjoyed the 4-year service plan. In those first four years we had several fixes and the folks at Murray Motors took very good care of us. Always welcoming, prompt, respectful, and everything was fixed. They explained well the issue, why and how it happened and how it would be fixed. As a non-car guy, this was very helpful and gave me piece of mind that the car was a quality product and safe. After the service plan expired, we had a couple issues come up with the X5. These fixes where the $ was coming out of pocket add a layer of complexity to the BMW owner relationship with the dealer. You might be able to empathize... Billy Lindauer at Murray Motors took care of our service visits when $ was involved, and did an amazing job. As always, Billy/Murray did the usual good job of explaining what was wrong, how it may have happened, and how the issue would be fixed. Again, this is comforting to know the technical fixes in layman's terms. When it came to the $ side of the discussion, Billy was fair and open about the solution and the cost. There was even an incremental issue with my X5 the arose while in their service department for the initial issue, and Billy/Murray took care of it. It was an anomaly (1 in 1,000 or more) so it could have been an issue that was predestined from the factory. Billy and his manager at Murray discussed openly how to resolve this and ultimately they footed the bill. Billy and Murray are the epitome of first-rate service. They understand the value of retaining a high-end customer for their high-end product, and go the extra mile to make sure that every aspect of the service experience is done to the 9's in an effort to create that lasting relationship with the customer. I obviously recommend Murray Motors to anyone in the Denver area, and hopefully your lucky enough to get Billy Lindauer as your service relationship (not taking anything away from the other good service professionals at Murray, Billy's just a great guy). I purchased my first BMW this year. I had two friends that purchased BMWs and highly recommended Ben. I originally went in with the idea of buying a used X5. Even though Ben only sells new vehicles he that purchased BMWs and highly recommended Ben. I originally went in with the idea of buying a used X5. Even though Ben only sells new vehicles he was very patient with me and didn't dismiss me. He didn't bat an eye when the first thing I asked him to do was fold down the rear seats to see if my harp cover would fit in the cargo area. My one requirement was that the vehicle be able to transport my harp. After learning that my trade in was valued much higher than I originally anticipated, I weighed the options and decided that buying a new vehicle made more sense. Not once through the process did Ben pressure me or try to influence my decision in any way. After making the decision to buy a new vehicle, Ben found that there weren't any in the vicinity and so we decided to order the car just the way I wanted it. Ben kept me updated on its progress throughout the process. Upon its arrival, Ben took over an hour to go through all of the features of the car - he is incredibly knowledgeable about the product. The purchase of my BMW X3 at Murray Motors was by far the best dealership experience I have had in the 30 years that I have been buying new cars. My sales person, Mr. Ben Uher, was professional, low pressure, and exceptionally respectful throughout the process. He was able to answer any and all questions I had throughout the process (mechanical specifics regarding the car, the BMW brand, and available options). Ben focused completely on my satisfaction and gave me the time and information to make an informed purchase. I never felt like he was trying to "make a sale" or push me in a direction that I didn't want to go. He listened carefully to me and answered all of my questions. I ended up with the perfect car at a very reasonable price. I can't recommend Murray Motors enough. More
Amos and the Sales Managers worked very hard to provide a fair and reasonable trade-in value for my car and the purchase of the used ML350. As well, they made me aware of other valuable services and again fo fair and reasonable trade-in value for my car and the purchase of the used ML350. My experiences at Murray have been very good. Several years ago Billy Lindauer greeted me when I brought in my BMW for service. I was extremely impressed with his professional demeanor and friendliness. Mr. Lindauer has been accommodating and is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the car. He always takes time to explain in detail and laymans terms what needs to be immediately done, and what can reasonably be postponed; he informs me via the phone about the progress of the work, the pick up time, the cost, and arranges for a loner if needed. I am comfortable in contacting Mr. Lindauer about any concerns or questions I may have about the car and he promptly returns my call. I will continue to request Billy Lindauer when arranging for service; Mr. Lindauer is a competent and honest service representative at the Murray BMW establishment. Billy also arranged for me to have my car detailed a few weeks ago and the car looked better than when it was new. Everyone at the detailing center was very helpful and professional. It has been my pleasure to become acquainted with Mr. Billy Lindauer. I respect him and his advice when having the car serviced. More

Currently, I have 3 BMWs and Billy is the man who takes care of me all the time. He is not only making things easier on me with all the warranty coverage but also reducing my service time by combining repa care of me all the time. He is not only making things easier on me with all the warranty coverage but also reducing my service time by combining repair, service, and consulting. Billy Lindauer has excellent people and customer service skills. He is the reason that I will continue to have my BMW 750Li serviced at Murray Motors.
