Lots of info and gadgets you would have known were there and how to properly use them. We would highly recommend this dealership. More

Despite this familiarity I needed some help with the electronics of my new X1 I am a confirmed BMW fan with 4 of their autos and a 1200GS motorcycle. Despite this familiarity I needed some help with the electronics of my new X1 including bluetooth, satellite radio, checking oil level without a dipstick, etc. I needed a Genius-someone very familiar with all the car's features. Mariah Hittle, one of Murray BMW gems, provided my education with great knowledge, patience and delightful sense of humor. In fact, the BMW Genius session was the capstone to an entirely pleasant and professional purchase experience at Murray BMW. More

Not perfect, but we'll return due to some star associates We had a decent experience with Murray BMW for the purchase of our new BMW. The company is actively trying to improve the customer experience, which is a good thing. The first interaction we had with Murray BMW was with Spencer Hardwick, who managed our sale. He was knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy at all. Secondly, the "BMW Genius" orientation with Mariah Hittle went great. She had answers to all of our questions, and helped us enjoy our new car even more. The reason this isn't a 5 star review is that the initial service / body work that was done on the car (to remove a scratch and scrape from when the car was shipped) didn't go that well from a service standpoint. All the repairs were done perfectly, but not everything was ready when we were told it would be. As a result, to get everything fixed, we had two loaner cars (they were nice) and had to return 3 or 4 times over a period of a few weeks for simple things that should have been taken care of correctly the first time. To Murray BMW's credit, they have made personnel changes in service / body work that should fix these issues. We had an excellent end to our initial service issues from Joseph Garcia, who went out of his way to make sure that everything was wrapped up quickly and to our satisfaction. If it wasn't for Joseph, Mariah, and Spencer, we wouldn't return to Murray BMW. Now we will. More

What do you know they had lost or thrown away the old fob "so they say" and was never able to get a second one. While they replaced the old one they never reprogrammed the comfort package and other things my old fob did but they wanted to charge me extra for it which they charged me already for the programming 3 hours worth for what if they didn't do anything. Second they have garages which they normally used to leave the service cars under which mine I guess they were wanting to drive around or didn't want to walk sense it was a newer M5... Guess what Hail damage that I had to deal with not them this service advisor Javier is a joke never called me back to resolve any issues maybe good with the beginner BMW's but definitely not good with any M's probably a bunch of you kids that want to joy ride in everyone's cars.... I was told some things which didn't happen and rather than accepting their mistake, they started blaming me, the customer. One word for them 'Unprofessional' and even if you have to pay more at some other dealership you should rather do that than buying from these people and thats exactly what I did, booked the car through them, cancelled it for their unprofessionalism and now I am a proud Lexus owner and very happy with my decision. 4 months later my car wasn't done and the GM Bryan stole my Update... in March I brought my car in for a corporate rep to look at after being told it was a lemon, that I had purchased from Schomp. It's now July Update... in March I brought my car in for a corporate rep to look at after being told it was a lemon, that I had purchased from Schomp. It's now July and my car was lost, then they tried to get me to file a claim for insurance for a tire and alignment, all related to the ongoing problems. They refused to provide me with a loaner as they had stated that one was ready. They said it had to be fixed at Bodyworks, which was off site so they couldn't approve a loaner. 6 weeks later my car was never towed. I was paying , you car payments, still am currently for a car that was never fixed, which they demanded I fixed prior to the rep coming to see the 4 pages of problems my 2013 328xi had. I agreed to pay out of pocket as they were trying to bill my insurance for multiple items, not just the alignment and tires. So Barbara in Service said they needed an authorization in writing which I provided. Then it continued to sit there and not go to the body shop. Bryan the GM, terrible customer service where I have proof via emails. Told me after 8 weeks or so that he refused to fix my car after I said I had contacted an attorney. I gave him the location of body works to tow it to, or my address via email. He did neither and let my car sit at an old address of mine, unlocked with keys inside and a neighbor of mine had called me to tell me my broken down car was at my old plave, unlocked. I arranged a tow to Bodyworks, where I had no idea they had any affiliation, otherwise why couldn't they tow my car there? So Bryan Hughes was told that my car was there after I let corporate and him aware of his purposely towing it to an address I made sure he knew that I didn't live at. I assumed my car was being fixed but Bryan had it towed to "the address that it was towed in from." I went there, took pics and it was no where to be found. I begged for a location and he blocked me, then said if I contacted him again he'd file harassment. That's laughable since they are responsible for my car until it's returned to me, yet 4 months later, I got a call from Denver PD that my car was involved in a "domestic" and is all smashed up with broken windows etc. Now this person was finally arrested a few days ago for my vehicle being stolen. It was hidden and taken fro, Bryan, the GM, and who knows if he sold it to this person or left it for them to take, but my keys and belongings are gone, and I still a, making payments on a car that his negligence caused this mess that could have been prevented. Luckily, I got everything I'm writing the entire time. So now I have an attorney and an audi, which had amazing customer service. It was well over a new car payment instead of renting at $50 a day, plus my $600 car payments. Anyway, STAY AWAY! I'm happy to post his emails that are absolutely a display of anger and unprofessionalism. More
