I purchased my '12 535I Xdrive from Murray in June and the experience was perfect. I dealt with Todd, Ben, and Lloyd and they couldn't have been more professional. Please feel free to read the details of the process I took in order to get the best deal from Murray. My process for purchasing a new 535i was to get several quotes from competing dealers. I began my experience with Murray's competitor who advertises, "We sell more new and pre-owned BMW's than anyone else in the Rocky Mountain Region". I explained the process to them: I was going to get a quote from them first, then Murray second and in the end, I would go with the best price. During the process of several visits, the competitor displayed the highest levels of arrogance and continuously downgraded Murray any chance they could get. I continuously heard from them that Murray had hidden fees (not true), and they could not come anywhere close to the pricing that they could provide (definitely not true!). Instead of focusing on their strengths, they made every effort to try and level the playing field by bashing Murray. It really turned me off and it was the typical cheesy "used car salesmanship" approach. In the last stage of the quote process at this dealer, "Finance Guy" tried several high pressure attempts close the deal instead of allowing me to pursue of the process of getting a quote from Murray. Finance Guy also tried some tricky finance practices on me, taking away BMW discounts, higher interest rates etc. I told him I was completing my process and going to Murray, to which he responded that I would be wasting my time and his by going to Murray (yes, he said I would be wasting "his" time). I went to Murray the following weekend. They readily beat the competitor's price by more than $1,000. There were no hidden fees. Additionally, they provided me a significantly lower financing rate with a local bank. Not once did they mention anything about their competitor. I recognize both Lloyd and Ben at Murray as the 2 most professional Sales associates I have ever worked with. My buying experience at Murray was perfect. I would suggest that you take the same approach. Get a quote from the dealer who advertises "We sell more new and pre-owned BMW's than anyone else in the Rocky Mountain Region", and then take it to Murray. More

I’m always very nervous about taking my car in for service or repairs because I’m never sure if I’m working with an honest establishment or not. It’s always a gamble if you are getting good service. My car was experiencing some alignment problems and I stopped by your dealership. Mr. J. Scott and Mr. B. Lindauer were so very helpful. Mr. Lindauer and the assistant Service Manager helped ease my nerves and assured me that I was receiving the best possible service. He was very helpful and explained every repair he was going to make and the reasoning behind it. By the time I left your facility, I was confident I would return in the future. The best part is, the assistant Service Manager dropped off his vehicle (for my use) at my house and picked up vehicle which, he drove to the dealership to ensure proper service/repairs on my vehicle were done and returned to me same next day. Now that’s service! Super job! Murray BMW is very lucky to have dedicated professionals like this at your dealership. Further, this vehicle was purchased at a competing BMW Dealership where the cliché is “WE SELL MORE CARS THAN ANY BMW DEALERSHIP” well, that may be so however, they don’t have a clue regarding customer service! Just one of many issues: Their chief mechanic told me that my cay had no alignment issues as he drove it so, it did not need an alignment check. Earlier this week my fiancé and I were looking into purchasing a BMW. We looked online at the inventory and submitted a financing application for a particular vehicle. There was a bit of urgency to the issue since my car was no longer drivable and my fiancé and I were left with one care between the two of us. 4 hours went by with no word on the financing application and so I decided to call and see if it was received and what the status of it was, I was not able to get a hold of anyone and had to leave a voicemail. About an hour later a woman named Bridget called me back and was extremely rude. She commented that since I couldn't be patient and had to leave a voicemail with her boss that my application was approved and I should calm down and stop pestering about it. After that I informed her that we would not be stopping by Murray to purchase our vehicle and her response was "ok that's fine". We went to Schomp BMW, received a better deal on our car and the customer service was phenomenal. I will never refer someone to Murray after the poor and down right rude service I received from your employee. More
There is so much that could be said about the level of service I received when dealing with David. This is a salesmen who actually "gets it". David knows exactly how and when to engage his clients. David was there when I needed him to answer a question and gave me time when I was weighing my options. If your in the market for a BMW this is your guy! 5 out of 5 stars a great experience from start to finish! More

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Amos and it won't be the last. Amos has always been honest, knowledgable and treated me like a friend. We communicated with her via email, phone calls, and texting. She answered us quickly, in whatever manner we contacted her. Because we live over 500 miles from Denver, we relied on Birgit to provide information without us actually being in Denver. We relied completely on her truthfulness and honesty as we made our decision to purchase this BMW 328xi. When we arrived in Denver to pick up our new vehicle, we were met right away by Birgit and the sales staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. When we saw the car, it was exactly as Birgit had described-- a real beauty. We really enjoyed her easy going, honest, and professional style. If any one is considering making a long distance car purchase, we would highly recommend Birgit and Murray BMW. Every time I walk in to Murray certified pre-owned division I am treated like a royal customer, I rarely notify them in advance about my visit to them. They are very professional & courteous. I have bought 2nd car from Murray as my earlier one was not fitting into my needs. David is very helpful with trading procedures and any service attention that my car needed. I was offered test drives on all vehicles which I was interested in. He even went an extra mile and drove me back to my home, and then picked me up to drive me back to the dealer to pick up my car. I am assured about the quality of the car and Murray proved it. Bluetooth in my X5 was not behaving properly; Murray team went ahead and replaced the component in no time. I would definitely recommend Murray Motors to people who want good certified pre-owned BMW’s. More
