An enjoyable experience I've already reviewed the purchase of our new X3 with Amin, but this one is for my Genius appointment with Donna Holmgren. Good purchasing experience We had a great experience buying our first BMW from Murray BMW. WORST PLACE Worst place to buy a car when i mean worst i mean the WORST.so i went there to get a quote on leasing a new car, so me and the salesman we went to tak Worst place to buy a car when i mean worst i mean the WORST.so i went there to get a quote on leasing a new car, so me and the salesman we went to take a look at the car and i like and than we went back to talk about prices, and the price that i got from other dealer was batter so i told the sales man i need to think it over so he said "ok just one sic i want to get my boss(Salesmanger) to shake your hand and thank you for coming here" i said okey and the salesmanger come and he started FORCING me to buy the car LIKE SO MUCH FORCE i just dont want to deal with them any more and he still Forcing me to buy and i am telling him "i am ONLY here for a quote not to buy yet, until i find the right price" and he still dont under stand that, so he kept forcing me for like 30-40 minutes to buy the car. worst buying experience ever had. i always buy from Porsche,Audi and Maserati always had a good time and i was happy but this is the WORST BMW DEALER. "DONT YOU EVER GO THERE". More

She was very patient in going all the details, from lights to blue tooth features to mileage information, radio settings, XM options, etc. After that session we realized that there are so many luxury features that we were never aware off. Purchase of.a 2016 BMW X1 I thought everyone I delt with was very nice and efficient. I would have liked the sales department to be a little more attentive - Mariah in the Gen I thought everyone I delt with was very nice and efficient.
