She had an answer or knew where to find the answer to every query. I appreciated her thoroughness, wit and mentoring. My "genius" was a young wunderkind named Mariah who was very patient teaching me how to understand the navigation system, show me the ropes with the new features (my 10 year old BMW was not quite as sophisticated) and then invite me to come back for "additional training" as often as i like! A great service. I also appreciated the help and knowledge of my sales agent Rod Lamotte, and business manager Stephanie Marshall. All were very professional and courteous. Sonic Motors has purchased Murray Motors, and though they are a NYSE company, the emphasis on customer service seems to be equal to the old Murray days. More

She made me feel like my decision to purchase a $110,000 car (with 575hp) wasn't reckless or fatuous; she made me feel like I got a bargain! After being so throughly informed about all the modern and beautiful features of my X6M I felt even more solid in my decision to purchase it. Further, I enjoy the (Ultimate Driving) experience of the vehicle that much more thanks to her erudition and willingness to share that knowledge with me. Lastly, she is one of the most winsome, frankly, one of the most stunningly attractive women I've ever met. This, folks, never diminishes an experience. My new BMW X5 Buying experience I have been searching for a used BMW for past 2 months and all the vehicles were appearing to be over priced and making me nervous to feel why I shoul I have been searching for a used BMW for past 2 months and all the vehicles were appearing to be over priced and making me nervous to feel why I should buy a used vehicle with that big amount of money. As a final attempt I visited Murray BMW and met Mr. Will Sheranek on cold snowy Saturday. He digged thru the inventory and made all attempts to give test drive of 2016 X5. At the final stage, we decided to drop off because of black colored car. Still Mr Will did not dishearten but continued his efforts to find me a suitable X5 and finally he showed me the one I like by Tuesday. Till that he made an apt follow up with me and offered me the vehicle at much lower price compared to other dealers. He made all the arrangements as I arrive at showroom and in 1 hour the transaction was completed. Good work and keep it up More
