He even went the extra mile by periodically sending me options that matched what I was looking for. Mahdi genuinely cared about ensuring I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. As part of the sales agreement, I requested a dent on the hood to be repaired and an estimate for two other dings. When I dropped off my car, Mahdi arranged for a courteous loaner vehicle, which made the process seamless. To my surprise, when I picked up my car, Mahdi had gone above and beyond by repairing all the dings, not just the one agreed upon. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and I would highly recommend working with him if you’re considering a purchase. Finance Experience: My experience with the Finance Manager was a bit more challenging. I understand that part of the role involves pushing add-ons and maintenance plans, but I felt the process could have been more transparent. When I asked for details about the plans, I didn’t always feel like I was getting clear answers, and there was a strong push for a more expensive option that I didn’t feel was necessary for me. A more straightforward approach would have made me feel more confident in the process. That said, I do appreciate that I was able to get two of the add-ons refunded after the fact without any hassle, which speaks to the dealership’s willingness to resolve concerns. Final Thoughts: While there were a few hiccups, Mahdi’s exceptional service more than made up for it. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my car and the overall experience.
