We showed up unexpectedly with a problem saying we had a malfunction. They supplied us with a loaner and by the next morning had taken part of the front off and found the issue and were able to communicate malfunction. i brought my car for engine overheating issue and after 10 days i picked it up, they deleted apple carplay, they deleted navigation, and i now have tire pressure monitor light on the dash. We had a follow up appointment to have our windows tinted and although there was limited interaction with the service department; Syed and the sales team were very accommodating while we were there. In my case, the part needed to repair my vehicle is coming from Germany, so I am unable to provide feedback on the repair it self or length of time taken to turn my vehicle around, however, thus far Michael Rardin, has not lead me to believe that it wouldn't be anything but exceptional once that time comes. thank you all in advance, and look forward to many years of exceptional service.
