Service at Delray BMW is the most inefficient I’ve ever experienced. With an appointment time, I arrive and am told to sit in the waiting room for what ends up bein 15 minutes. None of the service adviso experienced. With an appointment time, I arrive and am told to sit in the waiting room for what ends up bein 15 minutes. None of the service advisors are working with a client. Not sure what they were doing. Finally, Steven calls me to his desk where he is visibly sick, coughing and blowing his nose. Disgusting. They complete the service and one of the items I asked them to check, mechanic didn’t even check, just sent me a video on why he couldn’t. Gee thanks. I have had multiple BMWs over the years and this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. More like visiting WalMart than the higher class experience I would expect from BMW. More

Great place & great people. I have an “older vehicle” & they treated me as if I drove the most expensive one they sell. I was in & out in a timely manner.
