I picked up my car from Steve, a service advisor. He was "playing on his phone"" when I arrived. He seemed indifferent to me and wanted to get rid of me ASAP so he could get back to his phone. I would have thought this cost would have been absorbed when I was paying approx. $2200 for labor and $149 for parts. More
