I showed up with a small but important problem and they immediately took care of it. I was out of there in less than fifteen minutes. This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had! From driving my car into the service area at my appointment time and being told to take a seat and the "the guy behind the pole" would take car had! After 20 min of watching him play on his phone I approached him and told him that I had people waiting outside for me, when would he check me in? He took a scrap of paper and took my name and number, I included my husbands name and number as well since the car is registered by BMW to him. I told him that he should not call my husband because he does not have access to his phone during the day. He put an x through his name and number and assured me that he would call me once the tech had a look at my car. I did not receive a call that evening or the next morning. I called and after going through their loop phone system, I was finally allowed to leave a message. Someone called me 30 min later and asked who my Service Advisor was, I could not tell him because he never gave me his name or card. I told him the same thing the young man told me when I dropped off the car, its the guy behind the pole! He assured me that he would find him and have him call me, it never happened. I decided just to go there to see if my car was done. I had a nice young man help me and he brought me to "the guy behind the pole". He asked if my car was ready and Kevin McGlynn (finally got his name) said," its been done for sometime!" Kevin was very flustered at this point told me he texted me (he texted my husband). He quickly stapled my paperwork together and briefly mentioned that I should have my fuel injection and wheel alignment done with every service, he handed me my keys and paperwork and asked that I give him a good review! When I got home I read my paperwork and it said that I declined those two services! So I called and asked to talk to a manager and was told they were in a meeting, she said that the Regional Service Manager was there and she would have him call me or at the very least, she would have the service manager call me. I am still waiting for that call 2 weeks later. I went onto their website and even left a text message for someone to call me, still nothing! More
Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. However they are too busy resulting in difficulty getting an appointment unless you call 2 plus weeks in advance. Also no loaners ever available. Waiting area very comfortable and good shuttle service when available. Again they are too busy. They are absolutely doing their best with limited resources in the current difficult climate. More
