Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. However they are too busy resulting in difficulty getting an appointment unless you call 2 plus weeks in advance. Also no loaners ever available. I’ve bought and leased several BMW cars from Braman in WPB but recently something has changed about that dealership. New ownership. My old service advisor Sebastian was horrible. He had zero intentions of WPB but recently something has changed about that dealership. New ownership. My old service advisor Sebastian was horrible. He had zero intentions of doing the right things and clearly he is only interested in the money regardless of what is morally ethical. I no longer go to Braman WPB and started going to Braman Delray where I met Michael my new service advisor. Michael is great and a straight shooter who makes you feel comfortable making the correct decisions for your car. His communication along the way is prompt and reliable. He has never tried to steer me in the wrong direction or be vague about what should be done or not be done. He’s out to the do right thing and that’s the kind of person I want to work with. I highly recommend Michael and the team at Braman Delray! More
