Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. However they are too busy resulting in difficulty getting an appointment unless you call 2 plus weeks in advance. Also no loaners ever available. David in the service department provides first class service from the time you make your appointment with him to the time you pick up your car. He is very personable and kept me informed on the status o service from the time you make your appointment with him to the time you pick up your car. BMW of Delray! Is the most professional,and friendly dealership. I’ve ever been to. As soon as I arrived a gentleman meet me outside. I’ve bought and leased several BMW cars from Braman in WPB but recently something has changed about that dealership. New ownership. My old service advisor Sebastian was horrible. He had zero intentions of WPB but recently something has changed about that dealership. New ownership. My old service advisor Sebastian was horrible. He had zero intentions of doing the right things and clearly he is only interested in the money regardless of what is morally ethical. I no longer go to Braman WPB and started going to Braman Delray where I met Michael my new service advisor. Michael is great and a straight shooter who makes you feel comfortable making the correct decisions for your car. His communication along the way is prompt and reliable. He has never tried to steer me in the wrong direction or be vague about what should be done or not be done. He’s out to the do right thing and that’s the kind of person I want to work with. I highly recommend Michael and the team at Braman Delray! More

This dealership does not have a receptionist to answer the phone. Whenever I call I wait at least 7 minutes before I finally get a live person on the phone and when they do answer, they transfer you aroun the phone. Whenever I call I wait at least 7 minutes before I finally get a live person on the phone and when they do answer, they transfer you around to the wrong department and then hang up. They also charged my card the day of service then charged it again the next morning for the same amount. When I called to try to resolve it I spent almost an hour between getting transferred and speaking to people who could not resolve my issue. I will never take my car to service there again or purchase a car from them. This is my 12th BMW and I have never dealt with a more unprofessional BMW dealership in my life. Definitely would not recommend. More
