BMW of Delray Beach - Service Center

Brought in my electric BMW so they can inspect and diagnose a very dismal range that my car gets (30 miles on a full charge). Such issues are covered by the factory warranty. All they did is they sold diagnose a very dismal range that my car gets (30 miles on a full charge). Such issues are covered by the factory warranty. All they did is they sold me a regular starter battery for $600 and told me that there is nothing wrong with my car. Very poor communication with my service advisor also. More

Everything went very well overall. Nelson is great to work with. Only problem was that my car was filthy when I picked it up.
