I waited four hours for them just to evaluate my car’s problem. No repair was done in that time because a part needed to be ordered. They said the part would take 2 weeks to come in and that when the part problem. No repair was done in that time because a part needed to be ordered. After getting caught in a phone loop and having to call back twice, the parts department said they had the part (though they hadn’t tried calling me to tell me it was in). More

Always had a 5 star rating, but went for my oil change and after an hour and a half waiting for it to be finished, I was told there was a recall on my 403i 2019 that BMW never made me aware of.
