Brought in my electric BMW so they can inspect and diagnose a very dismal range that my car gets (30 miles on a full charge). Such issues are covered by the factory warranty. All they did is they sold diagnose a very dismal range that my car gets (30 miles on a full charge). Such issues are covered by the factory warranty. All they did is they sold me a regular starter battery for $600 and told me that there is nothing wrong with my car. Very poor communication with my service advisor also. More
