In my opinion, the service, attention, and respect I get from BMW of Delray Beach is 100x times better than Braman BMW of West Palm Beach. I have used both locations and my advice are, if you own a BMW vehi from BMW of Delray Beach is 100x times better than Braman BMW of West Palm Beach. I have used both locations and my advice are, if you own a BMW vehicle, you should use BMW of Delray Beach to service your vehicle. They are one of the best BMW representatives in the Palm Beach County area. Their price is fair and reasonable compared to Braman, and they don’t take days and days to fix and return your vehicle. They will respect you and your vehicle, and they won’t keep your vehicle for days and then return it to you with an added extra 200+ miles on your odometer. My point is if you live in the northern part of the Palm Beach area, you should use BMW of Delray Beach to service your vehicle. Stay away from Braman BMW. More

This is the only BMW Dealership I have ever been to because I bought my car from here. My car was under warranty so it's the ONLY reason I would drive 1+ hours out of my way to go visit. They always put me with the same advisor each time (Nelson). I've never been happy with his service but since my car is under warranty it is what it is. This most recent visit last wk was probably the worst customer service from this advisor I've ever seen with the 7 cars I've own in my life. Rude, unhelpful & condescending were just the first 2 things I experienced from him in the first 10 mins of handing over the keys- again I've worked with THE SAME guy. On top of that, they were supposed to fix radio issue I had just 6 months again (again under warranty). It looke fixed as I got in my car to drive away but later on that night proved nothing had changed. AKA It didn't get fixed but I live far so can't just turn around to come back when they issue wasn't fixed for something that wasn't interfering with the car itself. Instead I called to make a note about it for next time I was in and Nelson said he wouldn't help me look into it without charging me a fee now. I informed him I shouldn't even be here with the same problem 6 months in IF it indeed got fixed. He said he would ask his manager. As I was leaving my service, asked what the manager said and he proceeded to tell me he still needs to ask but 'don't worry I didn't forget about you'. It's been over a week now with no further communication.... what are the chances you think he'll remember on top of all this? More
