I have been coming to Delray BMW for 2 years and have had great mechanics! I don't always get great communication from my service agent, but I can always get a hold of the manager when I need to. Dealer took care of a problem caused by another dealership, however, I will never buy another BMW due to poor workmanship and integrity issues not covered by a warranty.
