The service was excellent, at each stage of my visit i was kept up to date on any issues found and the resolutions. Good luck trying to get them on the phone. Have dealt with 3 different service advisors from here, only 1 has the decency to call people and stay in contact. I always have to call asking for an update, never is it just done. Never any rental cars available, and they make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them by bringing them my car that I pay for. I won’t be returning here by choice. That’s for sure. But thanks for incessantly texting me for a review. Thats the most contact I have received from you. More

The service experience at Delray BMW is always beyond exceptional. I've never waited longer than five minutes to be seen even without an appointment and can get into a loaner very quickly if necessary. I exceptional. I don't worry about my car as I know my service advisor Atte is meticulous in checking that everything is perfect and up to spec. He addresses my complaints with ease and has every problem fixed within a day or two. I've had multiple advisors at Delray over the last four years and he is by far the most professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recommend him to everyone. More
