Israel was extremely helpful and was one of the only salespersons in South Florida to respond to my request for a quote. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of ordering my BMW. He kept in touch regularly, while I was waiting for the car to be built and delivered. As soon as the car was delivered, he texted me a picture of it and when I got to the dealership, he had everything ready to go. He waited patiently as I signed all the documents and then explained all the features of my new car. He still follows up to make sure I'm happy with the car. Needless to say, I highly recommend Israel Toucet. More
