BMW of Delray is Simply THE BEST BMW DEALERSHIP! I have a BMW Dealership & Service Center 1/2 mile from me, but i choose to drive 30 mi because from the second I contact anyone at BMW of Delray reg I have a BMW Dealership & Service Center 1/2 mile from me, but i choose to drive 30 mi because from the second I contact anyone at BMW of Delray regarding any of my needs they GO THE EXTRA MILE!! I do love this dealership and they got me in a timely manner and provided loaner. What bothered me a bit was I asked about tires and interior clean only to have to remind about interior clean which then manner and provided loaner. What bothered me a bit was I asked about tires and interior clean only to have to remind about interior clean which then the car had to be sent back in causing me to wait additional 30 minutes. Also they overlooked the wheel rotation recommendation and that had to be updated as well. A bit of an inconvenience. I felt they could of been a bit more buttoned up providing seem less service and check out. More
