I can’t say enough about BMW of Delray and Norris Matthew. I stumbled into the dealership unannounced just information seeking one Saturday. I was met by Mr. Matthew and within a half hour had found Matthew. I stumbled into the dealership unannounced just information seeking one Saturday. I was met by Mr. Matthew and within a half hour had found a car, exceeding what I thought I would find. He took the time to talk about my options. He was knowledgeable about the what I was looking for and helpful in advising me how to proceed. He even waited for me to get off work so I could go pick up my new car. Even the business people were honest, friendly and accommodating. And today I am driving around in my new BMW that I love! In addition, Norris helped me navigate other issues BMW. As well as just talk BMW. He’s obviously a fan too. I hope to go to the test track soon! I hope to have this car for a very long time but if I need another BMW, I will definitely be going back to BMW of Delray! More
Fairly disappointing all around. We have had numerous services experiences with this dealership and each of them has had a problem. Whether it was forgetting to fix something or just We have had numerous services experiences with this dealership and each of them has had a problem. Whether it was forgetting to fix something or just not fixing it at all. We brought the car in one time due to a faulty air conditioner and I informed the service technician that the car was apparently indicating that an oil change was due in a few hundred miles so he should do that if that was required. When we got the gar back, not only was the AC not fixed, but they did not do the oil change, so I had to bring it back again to fix the AC and then a third time to do the oil change, all within the span of 3 weeks. That's just one example, but pretty sloppy all around. But what choice do we have: drive another 30 miles? I am gonna sell the car and get a Cayenne just to get away from this dealer. I would say it is consistent with my experience with Autonation (generally negative), but the Mercedes dealer across the stree is also Autonation and that service group is great. So who knows. BMW has gone downhill in the last few years. I used to only buy BMWs, 3 series, 5 series, X5 (twice), 7 series. But lately they are lagging. More

Good staff. Advisors are nice. Comfortable waiting area/cafe. Downside: takes forever. service opens early, but they don't have a crew there that early so b Advisors are nice. They dont offer loaners They have a shuttle, on for a 5mi radius I believe. Its BMW, and its autonation. these should be basic amenities. More
