This dealership does not have a receptionist to answer the phone. Whenever I call I wait at least 7 minutes before I finally get a live person on the phone and when they do answer, they transfer you aroun the phone. Whenever I call I wait at least 7 minutes before I finally get a live person on the phone and when they do answer, they transfer you around to the wrong department and then hang up. They also charged my card the day of service then charged it again the next morning for the same amount. When I called to try to resolve it I spent almost an hour between getting transferred and speaking to people who could not resolve my issue. I will never take my car to service there again or purchase a car from them. This is my 12th BMW and I have never dealt with a more unprofessional BMW dealership in my life. Definitely would not recommend. More

While the service team did I great job to assess my older 2011 X3 and repair a particular part. Easy to work with everything went as planned. I came from Miami to Pick up car . there are a few Dealers in Mia,mi but they all still give the practice of buying a car a bad name.
