BMW repaired by car, needed a new battery but was pressured to do all work computer deemed necessary. Was hoping to take home the same day but had to return the next day. I am not happy at all with my last service visit. 1. It took 6 days to get my appointment . I asked if I could wait for my window to be repaired they said yes. I had my appt for May 5th at 9:30. Upon my arrival Mr Atta Huber advised me it would take until Noon befored they could even find out what was wrong. He said I should be driven home leaving my vehicle. I told him I had very important work later in the day so I needed a car. He stated he would call by noon with the details of my window problem. At 2 pm still no call so I called him. He stated the car was in the techs bay and he could not rush him. I stated then why would you not give me a loaner vehicle he stated they were backed up 3 weeks.He stated he would call me back in a few hours ! this would be around 5 or 6 pm I told him I was going to loose a lot of money from missing my apts. His answer was I can not rush the tech. He stated he could not give me a car. I asked to talk to service manager ! " He stated there is nothing different he could do " an hour later he called be back saying they did not have the part to repair my vehicle I should leave it over night and stay with out a car ! I tole him absolutely NOT I need a car. So he said he give me my car back and I could come in another day for the repair. The next time I took my car in was May 9th 4days later. I arrive at 7 am and had to sit there until !0:00 am the second day until my vehicle was repaired. This is by far unacceptable to me for a BMW dealership. This is not my first BMW I had BMW for 16 years. But will not continue with this type of service and treatment. More
