I have been driving a BMW since 1990. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years. I have never experienced greater service or customer care like at Delray BMW. Bruce Childs treats me like I’m family. He goes over and above my expectations of what buying a car should be. In the past, I never looked forward to the process of having to buy a new car. At Delray BMW it is actually a pleasure. My sales person, Camden Axe, was beyond friendly and helpful. She does everything with a smile. She was very patient as I chose my new car options and changed my mind several times. They gave me the best price for my trade in and then the best price for my new car. No hidden fees or anything to get aggravated about like past experiences I’ve encountered at other dealerships. Alex Cantor finished the trifecta of excellent service with his quick sign and done paperwork while explaining everything thoroughly. He even had a giant bow put on my new car in a nice, little, extra showroom they have where you pick up your new vehicle. I thought they only did that in the movies! I would never go anywhere else to buy or lease a BMW. Bruce, Camdyn and Alex are the best! Their top notch service has made me a customer of Delray BMW for life! More
