Always had a 5 star rating, but went for my oil change and after an hour and a half waiting for it to be finished, I was told there was a recall on my 403i 2019 that BMW never made me aware of. That is no and after an hour and a half waiting for it to be finished, I was told there was a recall on my 403i 2019 that BMW never made me aware of. That is not acceptable. Had to wait another hour plus for that to be completed. Very disappointed to say the least. More

All I can say is WOW! I had to get my wiper pump replaced on my 2015 BMW 435i. I also had an extended warranty.
