Reason for visit was periodic maintenance (oil change, etc). Was able to make an appointment for the next day. Car was ready same day as drop off. When I arrived unannounced to pick up the car two days later (I was unable to pickup the car the day it was ready) she was engaged with another customer, but quickly guided me to a colleague to complete the transaction. All-in-all, well done. Separate: While the service required was part of the purchase price and was performed at no cost to me, BMW no longer includes windshield wipers in the periodic maintenance schedule. I paid for the wiper replacement. For this reason, I downgraded 'Price." The 'Price' comment is a critique of BMW corporate, not BMW of Delray. More

Had a finance manager tell me to leave and return for my car once the check from my lender arrived (this was unprecedented). The GM didn't respond to my follow up email.
