This dealership is horrible! ! I paid 175K for a car and they gave me the complete runaround! I have purchased cars at every major high end dealership and this by far has been the ! I paid 175K for a car and they gave me the complete runaround! I have purchased cars at every major high end dealership and this by far has been the worst. They showed me a pre-inspection report that was prefect. 1 week later I had to replace all the front breaks. The finance department had no idea what they were doing and tried selling me everything extra. When I wanted to cancel the service items purchased the next day it turned into a 3 week process to get it done. I had to call and go in person multiple times to the dealership. The car was missing the emergency tire inflation kit and cargo cover. I have called the sales manager SEVERAL times and keep getting blown off. Absolutely unprofessional. I received better costumer service when I purchased my golf cart! More

This was my 1st time at this dealership. Im a 35 year BMW owner but always used Colorado dealers. This time i brought my 650 Grand Coupe for service to this dealer. The appointment process w Im a 35 year BMW owner but always used Colorado dealers. This time i brought my 650 Grand Coupe for service to this dealer. The appointment process was very good. My customer service guy Nelson was great, he was attentive, polite but friendly enough. He did a gret job. The only problem was the shuttle service was rather slow, i had to wait especially when they came to pick me up. Other than that i was quiet happy w/ the customer service. Hopefully, the service to the vehicle will be as good. More
