As a snowbird spending winters up north, I got involved with a sticky warrantee issue that the local PA BMW dealer could not resolve, but thankfully I had purchased my car from BMW of Delray Beach, so I ca with a sticky warrantee issue that the local PA BMW dealer could not resolve, but thankfully I had purchased my car from BMW of Delray Beach, so I called them for help. General Manager Michael Devan went to bat on my behalf and even before I returned to FL the issue was resolved, saving me almost $3,000! Thanks Michael, you’re a special kind of guy! Though I am pleased with my BMW X3 I am very unhappy with the service department in regards to their lack of loaner vehicles. No one likes to cool their heels for over two hours waiting for their car to be s the service department in regards to their lack of loaner vehicles.
