Though I am pleased with my BMW X3 I am very unhappy with the service department in regards to their lack of loaner vehicles. No one likes to cool their heels for over two hours waiting for their car to be s the service department in regards to their lack of loaner vehicles. No one likes to cool their heels for over two hours waiting for their car to be serviced, but that’s what I’m experiencing. Have not had that at local Mercedes and Lexus dealers. More

My leased car is fully covered. A shuttle for transportation to and from my house is part of the deal.
