The BMW dealership is a beautiful building that’s filled with nice professional staff. They are very courteous and eager to assist. My only complaint is buying a certified BMW X3 that wasn’t ready to be con with nice professional staff. They are very courteous and eager to assist. My only complaint is buying a certified BMW X3 that wasn’t ready to be considered certified by BMW standards. The moment I went over 50 mph, my car started making a high pitch noise inside the cabin. While being promised it’s was a simple fix, it wasn’t. It took me taking the car back twice to be serviced to fix the issue. I was very disappointed and I’m praying it was fixed correctly instead of them just adjusting the air inside the cabin. Since the problem was corrected, now my driver side window appears to be down allowing air to come inside and it doesn’t go up anymore. So I’m feeling I made a bad purchase. The service department was clean and there was a minimal wait even though I arrived early. Last time they told me that since my car was not their brand I should order the Oil Filter a few days before, and I wait even though I arrived early.
