I have been using this dealership for years with my cars and have no issues with my service contact. This past week I dropped my car off for 10 days while I was out of town (yes, it was over a holiday & wee and have no issues with my service contact. This past week I dropped my car off for 10 days while I was out of town (yes, it was over a holiday & weekend) I was to pick it up on Black Friday. Due to the parts not being ordered for what I took the car in for I had to wait until Tuesday. No cars were available to loan out. I know this now is an issue that is why I left my car there for the that length of time. I don’t understand if the car was dropped & planned for a repair why it took this long. Management should have called to follow up…that is why they have a title. More

Our new advisor Kevin was very helpful from start to finish as were had a tire issue to work thru. Our car was then totally washed and he kept me update on all timings.
