The service manager was terrific and at no time did he make me feel like I was disturbing him with silly questions. He clearly explained how long service would take and patiently explained the process and make me feel like I was disturbing him with silly questions. Former Braman BMW WPB customer. I live 3 miles from Braman and 22 miles from BMW of Delray - I choose to go to Delray and I wasn't disappointed. Nelson in Service was respectful, in I live 3 miles from Braman and 22 miles from BMW of Delray - I choose to go to Delray and I wasn't disappointed.
