They always go above and beyond. From the GM, Mike, to my salesman, Norris, to my service advisor, Keith, BMW of Delray are always attentive and friendly and I couldn’t ask for more. From the GM, Mike, to my salesman, Norris, to my service advisor, Keith, BMW of Delray are always attentive and friendly and I couldn’t ask for more. I went in this time with a nail in my tire. Thankfully I had the wheel and tire package so it was taken care of. Keith even sent a video update of my car on the lift with an explanation of what was done while I was sitting in the waiting area. This is an AutoNation company. Doesn’t get any better than this. More
