The salesman was great, the vehicle i bought was great, the management was at the best words POOR! I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday, on Monday i was told car was ready for pick up, I asked what i need the management was at the best words POOR! I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday, on Monday i was told car was ready for pick up, I asked what i needed to pick up and told them I was paying with a company check as I bought the vehicle for our company, and then sent the sales rep my insurance card, I was told ok no problem, I said ok, I will be there at 6 pm to pick it up. I uber-ed from western PBC to Delray beach an hour south to wait in the showroom for one hour as the manager in which I used the term very lightly told me my check was no good and to go to bank of America and get a bank check at 6:45 pm , as well as my insurance card was not good and they needed a binder .............for a cash purchase ?????? I was quite embarrassed and furious at this point and called an uber to take me back home, at that point I told the salesman deliver my car to my office tomorrow or cancel the deal right now. My company has been in business for over 30 years, I purchase $2,000,000.00 worth of equipment and vehicles every year, this was absolutely the most unprofessional environment I ever experienced!!!!! More

Overall 5/5 but waiting on the finance manager was a bit annoying when I was told the process to buy out my car would only take 30-40 mins and ended up being an hour and 30.
