Overall experience was satisfactory mainly because of a gentleman from CA that initiate the possibility of purchasing an out of state car at the my nearest auto nation dealer. The person I made contact wit gentleman from CA that initiate the possibility of purchasing an out of state car at the my nearest auto nation dealer. The person I made contact with at the Delray store was helpful, but was not pleased because he wasn’t benefitting from the purchase which he mentioned many times. He was reluctant to talk to his manager on my behalf when I ask to make a deal on in in-store vehicle, he was very short or maybe that’s just his personality, I didn’t take personal. More

Steven ws very helpful as this is my first time owning a BMW and he advised on what is included with the service, he was very fast and efficient answered all my questions any issues I had he made sure it wa BMW and he advised on what is included with the service, he was very fast and efficient answered all my questions any issues I had he made sure it was fixed and he pointed it out upon checkout that everything was fixed. I would only ever get a service appointment done with Steven because of his honesty integrity and transparency. In fact when I am ready to upgrade my BMW in a few years I will defiantly want to buy from him as well! More
