I love the service department they’ve always been friendly and on time. Very disappointing and the dealership itself. I bought one car from you when my lease was up, I came back to you. I was not hap friendly and on time. Very disappointing and the dealership itself. I bought one car from you when my lease was up, I came back to you. I was not happy with the gentleman who waited on us. I think he said he was the manager. He didn’t have any cars and that’s all I had was kind of rude. I’m on my third BMW I just feel like I’ve been part of the family for a while now and could’ve been a little nicer so I had to go to another car dealership and get the car. I didn’t want to, but I had no choice. Bringing the car to service at Bmw, Delray .again always been Pleased with them More

From start to finish the Team at Delray BMW is assured me that my car was in the best hands. When as a customer you think of the word AWESOME you have to speak about these gentleman. Atte H, Alan, Tomas and that my car was in the best hands. When as a customer you think of the word AWESOME you have to speak about these gentleman. Atte H, Alan, Tomas and everyone in the Parts department are customer service driven and show the upmost respect for the customer. I live in Coconut Creek but purchased my vehicle from Delray BMW. I drive to Delray for all my BMW needs! These people are the heart and soul of the dealership and they should be recognized for it.
