Very nice place and very nice looking dealership. Excellent stuff from the bottom to the top. Price wise more than I would pay home in Boston. What a shame. The salesman and manager need to learn how to represent your time and money. This should of been a true and better experience. Even to take your deposit.They are difficult to get paperwork completed and communication is poor. I expect more from a luxury dealership. They tend to delay the process after you put a deposit down. They work on the next sale and not worry of delivery a smooth straight forward transaction. They will promise you things and waste your time because they will never provide what they promise. Yeah Yeah Yeah. Bite me once but not a second time! Big showroom and 2 dozen reps ready to tell you everything they can to sell you and leave you wondering what when and why..... We are purchasing another BMW next month but for sure not from this location.. More

Paid extra for 3 additional warranty packages, took my car in for service and it took all day for my Service advisor to call and tell me the parts are not covered. I have the appearance package, ultimate car in for service and it took all day for my Service advisor to call and tell me the parts are not covered. I have the appearance package, ultimate car care and dent protection, but my rim is not covered??? I went and picked up my car with no one contacting me to try and assist.
